    Good Morning all, i am so sore today. Dad has just asked me if i want to go out for lunch - but i don't really feel like it. I am too sore and really don't have the energy.

    As much as this is going to sound like sfh thinks she is a doctor here :rotfl::o, try and make yourself as being out for aan hour or so may cheer you up a little xxxx
