    CG, I pick up rubbish if it has a comp, my family all run away and leave me. Picked up loads of McD rubbish, also their coffee cups to get the free coffee tokens!! :eek:

    I had a steroid injection in my bum cheek about 18 mths ago as I have M.E and they wondered if it might help my joint pains... it did absolutely nowt for me - except leave me with a big red mark on my bum... :rotfl:

    Yeah it was my 1st one it took ages to come out!!! Well about 5 mins but seemed ages - didn't really hurt ( i have a lumbar puncture recently and it was nothing compared to that!!!) What was yours for? xxx

    They said it is supposed to help my joints for the type of arthritis i have. My bum hurts now! Will keep an eye out for a big red mark!!! xxxx
