lovely dresses bm
you just reminded me that I got to look for a prom dress for dd for next year, she'll be still 15 i think when its the school prom, she wants the full on thing though pink princessy puffball at the bottom type dress, make up and tiara already almost booked for 45quid:eek: limo will be booked early next year, yeah waste of money but my mum and dad saved money for them in the bank and they are allowed it out for special occassions, and as big woks had money out for his end of school prom dd will too, lol big woks had a pink limo full of girls cos thats all was left when we booked, his mate had the hummer limo and it broke down. Will have to have a look for pics of big woks and post one he looked ace but am sure with dd there will be more tears at how lovely she looked, when big woks went to his end of school prom there was even someone videoing them and turned up outside our house to vid big woks getting in the car, off to look for pics and plug in scanner cos I have given up sorting car booty stuff out cos little woks wants to keep everything:rolleyes:
I can remember a bit before I joined MSE, I used to talk to real life people and even had a few conversations with mr woks in the evening, havent time for any of that nowadays, even little woks says when shopping look, comping coke:rotfl:to be updated:;)0 -

I love Dective series' just read the latest in the Graham Hurley - DCI Faraday series and I love the Jeffery Deaver - Lincoln Rhyme ones and Patterson's Women's Murder Club and Alex Cross ones. Ive had the latest Alex Cross since xmas and not touched it, I have promised myself I will start thet this weekend. I've also got all the chick lit ones from the Galaxy comp to get through - probs save those for our holiday though :cool:That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free0 -
My OH saw some people at work eating magnums on Friday and asked for the sticks, said they thought he was mad, till he looked and saw they were mini magnums with no codes, told them off and to buy big ones next time. Just been to look around a bootfair but more like a market, didn't buy anything, which was good not even a plant.Silver Surfer, Always Smiling

maybe I need a rule where for every hour of comping I do I have to read a book - I think that would make me get through them fairly quickly!
wokkies - I never a had a school prom although apparently they started doing them the year after I left. In sixth form they just organised for us to go to a club for christmas which thinking about it now was so stupid of them as less than half of the year was 18 so I don't know why they even thought of doing that ! Hope you find a dress, I can't believe how much everything costs for these things! My cousin was telling me that someone from her class was buying a £400 dress for theirs  I really hope that's not normal!2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

I stalked a bloke the other day eating a magnum till mr woks made me stop cos we was in the car and the man went off in a park, and he wouldnt drive up the park and carry on following the bloke for his stick:o
you should have gotten out and ran after him!!! I noticed they had gone up in price by 17p in tesco but I'm not buying any more until they sort themselves out - although I've told the OH it's because i'm being good and not buying too much ice cream... :rotfl:2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

I had to elbow the woman stocking the freezer out of the way just now, my two had asked for some more white ones this week and there were only two boxes left with the comp on!! she was re-stocking with non comp boxes:eek: does that mean they are all gone? if it does I blame the bleeping greedy sods that bought thousands :mad:That ain't working! I still can't believe anyone would buy that many! It's crazy! They had more competition ones in the tesco here, before they only had white, classic and almond comp ones but they also have some dark chocolate (i'm not sure what they're called but they were in a black box) and another kind too2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
