Tbh a few mser's helped me through the hardest times and were there to lend an ear etc and cannot thank them enough for that.
Friends and people you dont expect to help have and he does see his dad but not as often as he would like, he says its due to work but can go away with his tart every other weekend these days, all in all his lose and after nearly 14yrs of being with him it was hard but hey it has got better and I am a stronger person for it

That's one of the things I love about this place: there are always people around when you need them.

Your poor son. It must be confusing for him. Your ex is the one who is missing out; he's missing out seeing your son grow up to turn into a wonderful young man, and it will be all your doing.:cool:

SFH, I know I get where your DS is coming from...honestly! I am having a hard time thinking of waking up tomorrow and I think I will suffer trying to sleep!!! The only downside to long weekends is that I get so used to them it is harder to get back into real life!

Im just avoiding watching the news atm, much easier and saves all the unnecesary worry the media are portraying,:rolleyes: after all no-one has actually died from it in the uk!

I am getting so confused about a place to book ...I want to go to North Wales but not sure how accessible it is by train. I would love to be able t to ideally book a Victorian room by the sea ..???? but not isolated from the world! Is the peak district easily accessible by public transport too? I am a total idiot when it comes to places in the UK and have bo sense of direction/roads etc
