Ah that's lovely pp - what a fab place to do it.

I fancy doing ours at 10 years, so not for a bit yet. We both said recently we were a bit disappointed we didn't have an 'evening do' after our wedding (just didn't want one at the time) so the idea is to have a party too! Would be 2012.

Wow you are packing early (people laughed at me for doing it a month early!).

in 2011 we will have been married 5 years, but been together since i was 17 and we only had a wee wedding at gretna with no do and no other family there etc so would be nice to renew our vows over there, not that any family will be there, have offered but no one wants to fly over:rolleyes: you would think people would jump at the chance of a free holiday:rotfl:i know i would:D

I think that's lovely. We've been together since I was 17 too... it's a good age to meet people. Surprised your family don't want to be there though - if it was my family I'd be there!!

well mum refuses to come, doesnt like planes and never been on one either and mil doesnt like flying either (not that im bothered at all if she doesnt come:rotfl:)

dh says i should wear a tartan wedding dress, um hello in florida??? would be soo hot for that:rotfl:

spoldz I go to lots of different foreign places, but have been back to florida numerous of times, apart from that we have never gone anywhere twice, except this yr we are returning to sri lanka, we went there 5 yrs ago and totally loved the place and the people,

we take the view that while we are can we want to try and experience as much of the world that we can. I will be truthful in august and tell you whether this yr lived up to expectations.

Wow Sri Lanka sounds amazing cathy - it's def on my list. If we could we'd take a year out and do the whole world lol! It's always down to money right?!

OH just finished going through all the photos from the holiday! Yay!! He's just set them to convert (could take hours ha ha!) and then we can caption them and share them! Nearly there! Oh I love holidays - planning them and getting excited, being there and experiencing things, and looking back at the memories afterwards.
