When I was doing scouts things like spag bol, meat balls and noodles, sausages and mash, chicken supreme and chilli always used to go down well/easy to shop for/prepare.

are you making it before you go ? if not then buy pasta sauces, pasta etc easy to make.
Packets soup,tin soup,beans etc,bread,cheese,cheese spread, sausages mince easy to cook stuff.
Are you camping or caravan?

Laura, she definately looks older than 2, my LO was 2 on 30th March and she looks much older, mind you your Millie looks to have lovely hair, Lotties is so thin and fine, im desperate for it to grow and thicken up! Both OH, me and DS have really thick hair and im desperate to plait it etc, etc. like I used to with my girls world! LOL

Was from a friend so please forgive the mix of g and oz!!

White Chocolate Cheesecake

8oz Digestive Biscuits
4oz Butter
400g White Chocolate
300ml/284ml Double Cream
250g Philidelphia
250g Mascapone

Melt butter and add crushed biscuits, put in a loose spring based tin.

Melt white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of water and put to one side.

Mix together cream, soft cheese and mascapone until smooth, then add white chocolate, once all combined put into tin.

Chill for at least 8 hours.
