Start snorting every time you sneeze, like a pig snort. (Maybe not, that's a bit gross actually).

Have you ever tried Lemon Essential Oil? I find sniffing it can lift my mood. But, then I love lemons. Find a scent you love and keep it with you. Or, what about Bach's (?) Rescue Remedy?

I got some of the Bach's Rescue Remedy pastels today to keep in my bag. Never used it before so no idea what to expect, but I hope they help me calm down when I'm getting panicky or really stressed. Thanks Lakshmi. xx

Don't forget your tickets for next week...

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8030601.stm

The record £89m (99.954,826 euros) EuroMillions jackpot has not been won by any players, organisers have said. This means next week's top prize is an estimated £110m (123,539,672 euros).

    £110m?????!!!! YES PLEASE!!!

But you probably all know already, I'm normally late with these things!

Do you not think, that it's just a few people who a) have created AE's to cause a fight or b) come from another site or c) come from the competition runners?

You're probably right, I comp a lot but don't know the ins and outs half the time. It's still p'ed me off and needs dealing with. If the comp organisers have the problem with us sharing answers; sign up as themselves and tell us, or email the MSE team and tell them to stop us. But some of these posts are very illiterate and as they can't seem to type a coherent sentence, I wonder how they can get a job organising a competition....
If it's AEs, wasn't there a thing about clamping down on them anyway, esp ones started with the sole purpose of annoying other members.
Whatever abuse decides is fine by me. But there is a lot of childish behaviour lately.
I know it's desparate times with the recession but it should bring out community spirit more, not be even more me-me-me.
