Beautiful morning here! Wish I could share it with you all - my clear blue sky and brilliant sun. Getting the washing done so that we can enjoy the rest of the day.
I am on a comping mission today, a local shop called Trago Mills is opening a new garden centre and the radio station is running a comp in association. You have to go there, collect an entry form from the PR people and it runs for today only. Diamuid Gavin is doing the honours! I am not looking forward to the traffic jam - the place is about 5 mins from my home but I bet it takes 45 today!!! Can't go early as have to drop DsS to squash club first. Wish me luck, a garden makeover is top of our wish list as it is a grassy mountain at the moment.
We once made it into a water slide for the kids in the summer. Strapped old mattresses from the tip to the fence, pegged up tarpaulins and ran the hosepipe up there. The fun did not last long before it ended in tears, I think we were lucky it didn't end in hospital TBH!!!!! I don't think anyone has ventured up there since.
Off to make up cup of tea now. Will never catch up with Cathy (as usual), I bet she is having lunch already LOL!But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0 -
Good Luck , have been to Trago a few times, prefer it in old times when it was all a big muddle and lots of bargins, but new Trago still good. Its one of our places to visit when we visit MIL along with Clarks village and the nursery at Ottery st mary,Silver Surfer, Always Smiling

No post as yet but I'm hoping to win from Durex as I've got 27 people to sign up so far; I emailed them yesterday. Cooking pasta already as absolutely starving. Having it with a tin of Tesco's own brand ratatouille provoncale which is only 45p and is nicer than the posh jars of pasta sauce; it's got loads of veg in it. Mmmm.
Also found out why my bills are so high; my housemates have left the heating on all night again when we don't need it at all. I want to get it cut off cos they're children; I have to run around turning their TVs and lights off too. 3 more months, 3 more months...*le sigh*0 -

Woke up a bit late this morning to discover my three-year-old had decided to make mummy breakfast. Four pints of milk, 6 eggs and half pack of butter spread over the entire kitchen!
I guess it's the thought that counts!0
