The Compers Inn - Part 17

Good afternoon all -mad day yesterday dr's in the afternoon was in there for ages, had a really good talk with her - a few weeks ago i mentioned to her how down and low i was feeling - she asked me how that was and i said not much better - she has given me some info on depression to read and wants to see me again next week (i am going on friday anyway as my sick note runs out) after i have read it - and she says if i agree with 4 or more signs of depression she needs to help me - i have read it - and i agree with about 7! I thought i was going mad - i really did i didn't know what was wrong with me i really didn't and i was too scared to talk to anybody as i am the sort of person that puts on a front the other people and pretent i am fine, but when i am alone i am a mess.

So will see what she says next week when i see her, as everything i read made sense to me - it was like i had wrote it! I now feel like it's not just me and there is nothing to be ashamed of. If anyone has any advice for me - feel free to throw some my way (pm me if you don't wanna say in public) xxx

I think I will set up a group where we can post all the ones we find altogether, I'll do that after my (still not had) shower :rotfl:
