    Evening all

Katie, sorry about what you are going through...I hope that you will be properly looked after by your doctors and family and friends. Keep your spirits up hun, sometimes research online is overwhelming but I understand you want to be in the light about your condition. You are doing very well and I hope that you will beat all this pain very soon..you need to stay positive as hard as this may sound..just keep thinking this is hopefully temporary and will end soon. The first step is always the most difficult x

Thanks hun - i will try :) xxxx

    *waves* Hiya everyone!
How are you all doing! Hope you are all well!!
I'm good, work has been a bit mad and is going to get madder in the run up to the end of school year!
(Good luck to anyone who has even the smallest link to the end of KS2 Sats!)

My diet is going well :D I haven't been dead strict, (like tomorrow night we are going to the In-Law's for a steak night and I've brought the most scrummiest chocolate pudding!) but I have been very good with the wii fit! (I have managed to do 5 x 30 mins jogging since I was last here!!!) So fingers crossed come half term I'll be 7lbs lighter!

I'm hanging about for 30mins or so, so you can talk to me without fear that I'm not going to reply lol!

Cathy, I am not an expert obviously since I am not a mum but I can tell you that they can be very sensitive at this age and I know it is easier said than done but if you can manage to make her see she is wrong without an encounter (don't ask me how...no idea!!), but she would probably respond a lot better. I think they like to be treated as grown ups and mates etc rather than get told off?? Again please ignore me since I have never had any experiece in this regard.

    How old is she Cathy?
Lol I was awful to my mum around the age of 13-14. A complete and utter cow. Unbelievably rude to her boyfriend (they are still together).
I'm very glad to say I grew up and we all get on really well now. Infact when I was at Uni it was her boyfriend that I used to email frequently!
