I've got these because I find the in-ear ones painful. I've worn them jogging and they've stayed on no problem.

swine flu is a major headline now with more cases in the UK

had a bad night and now feeling sorry for myself hopefully something nice like a good win will happen today to cheer me up! Nearly the weekend at least although it's going to be busy so not sure whether i'm looking forward to it or not...

Whats the matter hun, what made you have a bad night,

I have innsomia, been up since 5.15am, feel shattered, so after taking beth to school I intend to come home, shower and relax

I was just worrying about absolutely nothing (I suffer from anxiety & depression) and then started realising how much I need to start doing something with my life. Ended up having a panic attack and then lying in bed for hours worrying even more Nothing major but has made me feel awful this morning

hope you manage to have a relaxing morning and get some better sleep soon x

I am going to get some tablets to take friday night, as I want to get my sleep pattern back over the weekend, and need to try and lie in, need to do the school run tomorrow
