    has anyone just watched BBC3's docu on a CBBC presenter (Kirsten) deciding whether to do a topless shoot or not? It's actually been quite interesting and delayed me watching Heroes.. interesting to see that side of things and how people are perceived. It's made me rethink about myself - I don't think I'm attractive, but I've decided I shouldn't think I'm ugly and that I should appreciate what things I do like about myself :):o and so should everyone else. Everyone's different for a reason and we should all love it :)

    sorry, I get soapboxy sometimes, esp when it comes to image/fashion/public perception. :D
    it's that old weightloss demon rearing his head again.. still not got used to my changes, but will get there..

    right, back to Heroes and 1/05 :D
