I didn't claim my payment; they automatically send out a £50 cheque at monthly intervals once you're over the threshold.0 -

I often have problems logging in, their website seems very temperamental! They do always seem to credit me with points though and you don't have to request a payout, they automatically send it when you get £50 (although I think they only send out payments once a month).
