Hi JKM & welcome.
My concern is for your Mums pension. Is she entitled to a lump sum at the time she starts to draw on the pension?
If so does anyone know what the implications are for this if the potential 25% lump sum pension drawdown becomes available within the 3 years...this is assuming an IPA is imposed.
Will the OR be entitled to a cut of it?
I know pensions are usually exempt when they cannot be drawn upon but in this case it will become available within the IPA term.
