All in One Printer/FAX/Scanner/Copier

I've seen the other threads but these don't include a fax.
I have a scanner and two printers clogging up my desk and would like a fax machine therefore have decide that my best bet would be to buy an all in one. Can anybody recommend a decent one (not huge either) with cheap ish cartridges and a reasonable price?
I haven't got one!

I've got an HP OfficeJet 4215.

Print quality is good and I've printed decent photos on it. You can use it as a printer, scanner, photocopier and fax machine. The fax and photocopying options can be used on their own, so you don't have to leave the PC on all the time.

A quick search on PriceRunner shows ebuyer are the cheapest:

or for 20p more, you can buy it in person at your nearest Staples store.

This site is cheapest for ink cartridges:

Genuine HP black ones are currently £11.49. Compatibles are cheaper, and refil kits are cheaper still!

I've had mine for a while now and been very happy with it's performance.

The only minor niggle is you can't photocopy thick documents. I needed a copy of my passport, but it was too thick to go in the document feeder!
Here I go again on my own....

No - the scanner is in the same place as the photocopier, so uses the same feeder.

Oh I see, I would prefer one with a flatbed scanner as I do a lot of scanning!

That one is ok if you are just scanning paper or photos (which I do!).

It's no good if you are scanning from books though.
