As you can see it is going to give you huge surplus especially when you take out things you can't have such as Satalite tv and internet etc.

I maybe wrong but i think it is right, others may be able to help further

  • ok, thanks for that. When I get home, I'll do another with our joint wages and total expenditure.

I'm still having trouble working out these figures, hopefully I'll have a better idea when I post new soa and you may be able to tell me what sort of figure I'd be looking at paying OR. I'm also gonna ring cccs again.

Could you keep your eye open on this thread for me later on? Many thanks.

  • Dalip,

Thanks for adding those bits on to the SOA's. I didn't know the amounts OP could have when i did it for him but thought i'd just show OP what it should kind of look like. Although OP will end up with a big surplus on both SOA?

  • A couple of things i should let you know as we now doing the full bills for each of us is that in the original SOA, i halved the mortgage payment between us too, the actually amount we pay is £764. Also, we didn't put our professional body memberships down (union) at £25 for me and £15 for the OH.

The OH also does have a car too, so would need money for diesel (£50?), road tax, repairs etc. This had proved vital due to the fact i work about 1.5 miles from home, but start and finish at stupid o'clock (3am early starts and probably about the same time finishes), also when our shifts clash, we have no-one to look after baby, so she goes to OH parents, some 15 miles away. No to mention getting her to nursery etc etc

I do appreiciate people having a look at this for us, really i do! I'm getting so stressed!

What sort of figure do you suppose the OR would be looking to take, i think i can handle that for 3 years rather 23 years of a DMP (If we'd even be accepted, in fact IP said he wouldn't recommend it at all due to the fact creditors can pull out at anytime etc)

Also, cccs couldn't even talk to us at the mo, due to the fact it's their policy not to help people who are currently in an IVA!

If you put your new SOA's up once you have added and tweaked them then we check them for you again.

A couple of things stand out at the moment. The medical expenses are high on yours, is there a particular reason why?

What is the £150 child expenses.

Make sure your cars are fully comp and make sure you have breakdown cover.

You need to make sure that your contents insurance has accidental damage.

We can look at things like IPA when it has been tweaked again.

Give National Debtline a ring and have a chat with them, they are open till 9pm tonight or 9am to 1pm tomorrow.

Enslaved thanks for doing that split for us :A

Cars are fully comp and we have RAC cover, plus we have accidental damage on the contents. My medical bill is quite high due to the fact that in the coming months, i'm due to have 6 teeth out, and the reconstruction work is going to be massive, even on the NHS at £198 per visit (they call it per course of treatment i think)

Other child related expenses are for her clothes, shoes, and babysitters if her mum can't have her at any point, swimming or trips out, farming world etc, nappies, and at the moment thousands of briefs as she's toilet traing lol! Are they in the right place?

Would you like the new SOA joint or split again? With both of us paying £764 mortgage (i.e if we doing it seperatly, do we both put down that we are paying the full amount of mortgage?) I'm still confused with this bloody thing, but once it's done that's half the paperwork battle!

    TIA
