When my order arrived from Asda yesterday I realised I had bought two huge tubs by mistake, and wondered how I can use it up (other than on crispbreads/in jacket potatoes)? It won't go to waste, but I was wondering if anyone had any creative recipes?
The added twist though is that I'm doing Slimming World, so have to keep it low cal!
I couldn't find any recipes using pineapple cottage cheese in the recipe index....any ideas anyone??

I just eat it straight from the pot.The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0

I use it instead of salad cream etc when I have a chicken salad and its really delicious.
Also I'm sure there is a slimming world recipe for ' quiche ' that uses cottage cheese. Try the website.

Have it grilled on toast for low fat cheese on toast. I mix it with a bit of grated chedder but it isn't necessary if you want to keep it low cal.
