Hello All,
I know it is daft but I'm not sure what goes where in the online form.
Basically I only have 3 figures.
1} A total turnover figure which is what I would have been paid if the CIS 20% had not been deducted.
2} I have a figure for total allowable expenses. Tools, petrol etc.
3} I have a figure that is the 20% CIS deduction.
What do I put where. There seems to be a lot of boxes I miss because I dont understand them.
Please Please help a poor chap out.
Thanks

If your turnover is less than £67000 you need to select the short self employment page.
Total turnover goes in box 8
Expenses go in boxes 10-18 depending on what they were for with the
total expenses in box 19
CIS deductions go in box 37This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks Pam17.
Another question.
How does allowable expenses differ from {AIA} Annual Investment Allowance?
I have some tools in the allowable expenses column that could also go in the AIA.0
