DH's grandmother pointed out to me some time ago, that there is a cat on the top of Ramsay Gardens, Edinburgh. Kind of looks like its about to jump off!

Does anyone know anything about it? How long its been there, who put it there, etc?

There is quite a story to the whole of Ramsay Gardens IIRC. Remember reading it somewhere ages ago - The place is steeped in recent history.
