Hey,
I'm in so much debt i'm 30 this year and want to move in with my boyfriend and think about a family. I'm struggling every month to make ends meet. I'd lose my flat but that doesn't bother me as i can move in with my boyfriend. If you go bancrupt how does it work do i still have to make payment to creditors if i have a job.
Thanks

Speak to CCCS 0800 138 1111 or National Debt Line 0808 808 4000 or your local CAB
CCCS do an online debt remedy which should give you your best option.
Once you go bankrupt the Official Receiver will deal with your assets and review your budget - if it is reasonable and you have a certain amount spare the OR will do an IPA or IPO (if you don't agree) with a certain % of your surplus going to your creditors.0
