Have been looking through court papers..obviously I will have to put my IVA details on there....as I had a variation agreed on there last month and have only made one payment of the new fee will the Judge/OR question that?

If you have a certificate to say you've failed your IVA, I doubt the judge will question it. Your OR might, but I think it's pretty unlikely - they'll know your situation before they speak to you anyway I would imagine.
