Fixed rate

I have nearly paid off my mortgage and have just changed to a repayment over three years.Is it a good idea to get a fixed rate now?

    All depends on the fees!
    Try your existing lender first and see what they can offer you.
    The costs of moving to a different lender with a small mortgage might not be worth it.
    Can you overpay your mortgage each month and just stay on the SVR or deal you are now on !
