Children's Savings

HBOS offer a nice 6% (8% last year) for a Regular Children's saving account. When that finishes it moves into a save4it account earning a fairly low interest. Can anyone suggest an account that my children's money can be moved in so that they can re-fund the HBOS regular savings account for another year?
So it needs to be an account where the children are the named account holder and it supports a Standing Order so that a regular payment can be made to HBOS account.
