Default 1999 - DCA want the money 7 yrs later!

    When you say you informed everyone in 2000, if that included Wescot then Nov 2005 is technically within 6 years for last contact even if the default was in 1999.

    Informing a creditor of a change of address, is NOT an admission or acknowledgement of a debt.

    Pleasant but brief letter from the DCA arrived today

    Basically blaming the card company for giving incorrect info and telling me the matter is closed and no one will pursue me any more!
