P45

in Cutting tax
Hi,
I use to be employed by an employer in the last tax year (08/09) between April - mid July however when I left they did not give me a P45.
I then went Self Employed and therefore need it to complete my tax return correctly.
Is it possible for them to print me off another P45 even after this length of time?

If they did not produce a P45 in the first place, then you should get one now.
If its a case of the original P45 being lost in the post or something, they could send you a letter with your final pay and tax details on it.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0 -
& their PAYE reference0

If they are unable to produce a P45 for you, you can request your P60.Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)0

They wont give you a P60 because you were not employed at 5/4/09. All you need are pay and tax details so you can fill in the boxes on the SA.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
