Official reciever and lenght of BR

Can anyone tell me what happens with the receiver ? cant seem to find any post s on it.

Also at what point do you know how long you are bankrupt for? is it on the day or afterwards? if afterwards any idea on how long this decision can take?

I was discharged after 4 months but you dont get told in advance how long it will last you will just get a letter saying you have been discharged.

OMG that has got to be a record on here. The earliest we have had so far is 5 months 1 day.Dx

I found out by looking on the Individual Issuance register
I have 12 months from the 18/03/2010
