hi, i done 3 surveys for pinecone..the first 1 i done i was sent a £3 lucheon voucher but the 2nd one i done for about 5 minutes and it then said,,that is all the questions we have for you today,,no voucher turned up for that one,,,,i did one yesterday and the same thing happened,,it said no more questions for u today.......i thought every survey you done paid you ,not let you do half the survey then say sorry no more questions and you don,t get paid...also my luncheon vouchers says they can be used to pay for a meal or part of a meal,,i just wondered can i use them to pay for my shoping in somerfield.

The questions are different from an actual survey in that they are looking for people to do a survey for specific products and may not send you the survey. You don't get paid for just answering the questions about what products you use.

You can use the luncheon vouchers in most supermarkets that are listed on the back of the book.

I think sometimes they ask some initial questions to check that you qualify for the survey, and if you don't, then no payment is received, or as it says above they often send short surveys around to find out more about you to be able to target the surveys they send you better.

Usually to get paid the surveys are about 20minutes or so. I used my LVs in Tesco towards my normal shopping without a problem.

I use all my luncheon vouchers in Somerfield.Applies to food shopping only.

I've used my vouchers in boots for their meal deal.

As far as i understand, there are occasional screening surveys, usually very short and they say in the email that there is no reward, i've done a few of these.

The long surveys always pay out - i've done 3 now. The first two i got paid by voucher and then i got the 'switch to paypal' email, i set paypal up and have just got paid into paypal.

In the faq they say surveys ending 3001 are not paid.

If you look at the email you were sent to tell you there is a survey for you. At the bottom of the email it says:
A few days after completing your interview, you should receive your compensation. If you do not receive your compensation within a few days after completing, please send me an e-mail so we can troubleshoot the problem.
if you are getting paid for that survey. I

f you are not then the email will say :
During your participation with PineCone Research, we anticipate you will be asked about many different types of products. In order to be sure we send you interviews appropriate for your household, we would like to ask you to answer a few brief questions about the types of products used in your household. This will take less than 5 minutes of your time. ... We appreciate your time in answering our request. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
Hope this is a bit clearer. I always like to see the "receive your compensation" bit in the email .

You can use luncheon vouchers in most of the big supermarkets while paying for your shopping.
