for my kids lunches i buy the large natural yogurt dispense it into small jars (baby food lidded ones) and then i add either a small spoon full of jam or fruit compo or dried fruit chopped up(by the time they eat it they have plumped up).
i make pasta and then add olive oil chopped tomato very finely chopped onion/spring onion peppers tuna or chicken, sweetcorn or grated carrot, mayo if you like and some parsley and seasoning. i also have started freezing sandwiches made with brown and wholemeal bread (for some reason they will only eat it at school and not at home). works out very cheap as i buy the whoopsie bread and meat make them up and freeze straight away. i also do a lot of Italian salads for them and add left over cold and cooked meats chicken etc.slowly going nuts at the world:T0
