See if your house valuation falls short of the ltv with a lender after a surveyer has been out and u have paid booking fee etc, do they try and offer you another deal or are you bumped?
Reason I ask is I have applied with Abbey for 3.95% ltv 60% just nervous house is under valued, then end up with no remortgage.
Would I have to re apply to them if I wanted a different rate and have to go through the whole process again?
Any help/guidance muchos appareciated x

Pick a new mortgage rate. What LTV did you get? That will be your guideline.
New mortgage application I'm afraid.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'
