I have just received my payments i need to make to ex partner which has been dealt with by CSA. I asked them to take the payments out of wages as it would be easier all round.
On the letter they sent myself and employee there is only monthly payments for a year.Does this mean i pay this all the time till child is 16 - 19 (child is 7).Or do i have to go through the same process every year of getting details to CSA.
The last time they took 3 months to get the payments correct.I have not got any issues paying as i believe i should support the child in question.
I have also been informed that i can pay direct to the childs mother. How do you go about this and how do you prove to the csa you have paid.
Thanks

If your circumstances change either way you should inform the CSA but be under no illusion that for example say you pay £30 per week just now you will still be paying £30 per week when your child is 16.

You can pay the mother direct but please be very, very careful with this make sure you have evidence for the payments.
