Just a little note to say thanks for everyones ideas and thoughts on this site, with all your help we have managed this month to not have an overdraft, swop onto LOB CC's and get rid of PPI with Egg and now just waiting on HSBC for their response. First time in few years where we will not be having any bank charges this month AND I can shop within a budget!!! Thanks again
