Best 5-year rates currently?

Hi all. Sorry to make my first post a request for info. I was interested in the A+L 5-year deal but was shouted down by the missus on the grounds that ‘mortgage rates are bound to go lower yet’. She’s eating humble pie.
Can anyone advise me what currently are the best rates over 5 years? NatWest (who I bank with) are offering 4.59% with £299 fees. Can anyone improve upon that?

My 2 year fix is ending and I've been offered 4.69% with £299 fee from my current mortgage provider Bristol & West - so similar but slightly more - or 2.99% standard variable rate. Not sure which to go for.0
