maybe file the court papers anyway which I think is what Cab will tell u to do anyway. When I helped dad do his we then wrote to the other parties solicitor and told them what we had done.
actually thinking about it call community legal services.

you can phone for advice from a solicitor and it won't cost you anything. I got my dad to phone and they put you in touch with a solicitor in your area, doesn't mean you need a solicitor, but they can advicse you what you need to do next and also about how to handle the bailiffs.

thanks.i probably won't call them as they gave us very bad info. regarding pternity rights when our son was born ( basically me an O/H are very much together but not married and they said we'd have to pay a solicitor to get him on the birth certificate...this wsn't the case we found out later, so we lost £127 as a resultMembre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0
