I just ordered these on the littlewoodsdirect website which gives you £10 off for over £25 spend.
So I added some Caprice underwear for £5.50, minus the £10 plus delivery = total spend £18.90 - still a bargain as need shoes I can walk in that are comfy and will last so thank you very much! NOTE they take the full amount then credit back the £10 discount later, anytime before dispatch date.
Didn't join up as new card account, paid by debit card so that may be the way around it - use the direct/ additions website instead.
pippitypip.I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here!

I ordered a pair last night and used the new customer code (I am a new customer). Code went through fine, but when shoes were delivered this morning there was no mention of the promotional code, only showed the full price of £27.
Does this sound right? do they refund the promotional code a few days later, or should I give them a call?
The shoes are lovely and comfy too.

zippybungle - I love your name!
I would try giving them a call and the Ts&Cs state the credit would be refunded before despatch date I think.
Mine aren't due to be delivered till 11th May
waiting for stock.. so I'm not 100% sure but worth a call I'd say.

Sounds correct. They charge you £27 but then they will also refund the £10. They always do this.zippybungle wrote: »I ordered a pair last night and used the new customer code (I am a new customer). Thanks, just ordered myself a pair of the white ones. Love Skechers but normally a bit too much for me with two little ones to clothe!

I'm trying to sign up as a new customer (tried kays as well) but it says "Sorry, but we are unable to send you a book". Any idea why??? I really want these shoes!!!0

Many thanks for this OP - just ordered mine :0)
rachelh81 - add the item(s) to your basket and then go to checkout, it will then ask you for your email, password and address - it's quicker that way than registering as a new customer before you shop plus you then shouldn't get that message. Still lets you use the code for the discount. HTH :0)_____________________________________________party_ Handmade Christmas and Occassions 2011 _party_OS Moneysaving as much as I can
