hi,
Any idea how much it will cost to build a conservatory/sunroom size 11X13, type edwardian,tiled roof, including electrics and heating. Also any recommentation for anyone from North West (L'Derry)

Ours has just been finished, nearly the same size only with a hip roof, approx cost including foundations but not including architects fees, planning permission & building control - £12,500. I'd recommend my builder but i doubt he'd travel that far.
We had been quoted up to £14,500.0
