Hi, does anyone know if friends reunited ever offer discounted membership or promotions, I cant really afford £10 and only want to contact one member so would love it if they did a discount, thanks Lou

I dont know any discount codes but do have a suggestion. Do you know anyone else who is a member?

If so, they could contact this person on your behalf and include your email address for them to contact you.

I joined this about 5 years ago for 1 year and I'm still a member of it without ever having to pay again.

You can add yourself for free, it just costs to email that person.

You could either add to your listing that you want to contact that person or you could add your email address (or one you don't mind getting spammed to death, lol). They have software in place to try and stop this but I work my way around it by putting

(myemailname) and I'm on AOL ...work it out!

I have had a few replies from that and they have millions of entries and can't check them one by one, lol.
