LLoyds TSB Loans and Credit Cards!!!

Please can someone give me some advice. I have had enough of Lloyds TSB!!!

Firstly we are on a DMP with the CCCS. This started Jun 05, everything goes well, apart from Lloyds TSB.

We have two loans (one in each name) and my wife has a credit card with them. Our old bank account is kept open to allow payment from the CCCS into it, and then the direct debits go out. The credit card payment is straight from CCCS to the card account.

The loans and the account are in collections. Last June I contacted them to say I needed to sort out new 6 monthly agreements on both loans. The were horrible and after 4 days arguements they finally gave in. (Complaints agreed with me and paid me £100 for the trouble). Now that agreement was problematic, because I was leaving the country for 6 months I needed an agreement in place prior to leaving. However I was facing a drop in wagers for the first two months. So it was hard finding the right amount for the 6 month payments.

Firstly they said it was the last agreement they would make, as we had been in collections for 3 years. Then whilst I was away there was a problem with the credit card so my wife got the CCCS to resend the income/expense forms to them. This then changed the monthly payment amounts. No problem there but would have been nice to know.

We moved in December when i returned, and my wife left her job. Recalculation of our DMP was completed and payments for Jan and Feb lowered until we could do the review. Loans collections were ok about this and have set up a lowered agreement. (No questions asked, no mention of the last agreement being the last one)

However the credit card now has no agreement and has been pasted to collections.

Both collections departments are saying they have recieved notification that the CCCS are dealing with the accounts. But no proposal or income/expense forms have been recieved.

However Friday credit cards said yes we have a proposal however cant agree on it cause there is no income/expense forms. (Which were sent with the proposal)

meanwhile late fees are mounting and interest being added to the credit card.....

THEY DO THIS EVERY 6 MONTHS AND I CANT BE DOING WITH THE HASSEL.

CCCS are resending the information, but even then I doubt they will actually be able to do anything with it once they recieve it apart from either lose it or deny having it.

ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOMED.

And Llyods TSB answer is....get the CCCS to ring/fax (which I have told them they wont) or sit on the phone for an hour and half going throught the information with them.......

HELP!!!!!!

when I finally phone them they just put me back on my agreed payment plan.
Didn't realise I was taken off though and I do get charged interest.
