tiny scratches on ceramic hob

Can I do anything? It looks really bad when the sun shines in you can see multiple teeny tiny scratches.
I clean it using hob brite or just rub over with an ecloth. OH has been known to use fairy power spray (or a nylon scourer!!) which I presume is where they came from (and from sliding pans over rather than lifting-I admit I do that quite often esp when spuds boil over :o)

Is there anything I can use to help it? is only 3 years old
Thanks

Hob brite over time is supposed to fill in the tiny scratches - but don't use anything else!!!
