Waterless Stain Removal

Hi all
Sorry if I missed this post, but does anyone have any recommendations for removing sweat / deodorant stains from dark material without using water ?
I have a virtually new suit black suit jacket that has underarm marks the dry cleaner say are caused by the wrong sort of deodorant (sounds like the wrong sort of snow to me) and they can't remove the marks.
They say washing the suit will make it worse because that will create water marks. The cleaners best suggestion is "use a black marker pen to cover it..."
Does anyone have any better ideas
