Do you need to take out any insurances at all?

  • If items are being kept in your home then it will affect your home insurance.

I always claim that items are kept in my car

Is this the only insurance you need? What about public liability etc? The value of the goods I am keeping is never going to be much as I am not doing it full time only part time as a bit of extra money to throw at debts etc...
  • Nothing I can think of to be honest. My coordinator has never hinted as much either.

Have you started yet? How are you doing?

Im on my third week...week one and two I did orders of about £100 - £150. So not to bad, I am happy with it anyway.

My coordinator has never mentioned insurance at all.

It voids your home insurance if not declared, same with car insurance.

Its business use. Not sure about liability cover though.

I think I may have already tell them I work from home for my full time job, will ring them to clarify and make sure everything is ok, car insurance is sorted.

Home insurance sorted, it put the premium up by £6 a year, not bad I dont think.

You will need insurance in case you damage anyone's property. If you broke their gate for example, you would be liable.
