I don't think it really matters but traditionally I would probably say your hubby's initial would come first.

It all depends on who is hosting the wedding, sorry I don't mean to complicate it LOL. We have got monogram letters on our invites and have got P & R only because we felt it looked better that way. As we are paying for wedding ourselve we have alo got his name first in the invite then mine. HAven't stuck to any rules just gone with what we wanted. Good luck in what you decide.

P.S the letters are lovely and thinking of ordering some myself x

How do you sign birthday cards etc? Most of us tend to sign with one person first - such as John & Amanda - I would then put J&A as that's what people are used to, what does your OH think? I think they'll look lovely by the way & would like to see a pic when you've given them your personal touches.

Definately his name first, my oh's initial used to be the same initial as my former surname, so if I was first, it would just look like my initials lol.

Haha other half's initials are P&R so it looks well dodgy. AT least yours won't look like park and ride lol

I'd say whatever you feel comfortable is fine. For us his name would come first as people refer to us as his name & my name, not the other way round, if you know what I mean.

I remember your last thread as this is definately cheaper than the all-sparkly one. You still have options on how to add the diamontes. You could cover it like the other one you've seen, you could add to just part of the letter, say B and K, you'd add to the | bit of both letters or you could simply add one diamonte to each letter (not the &) to the top left or right for just a touch of sparkle :)

I asked this when my daughter was looking at monogramed invitations and apparently, traditionally it is always the bride's initial first.

SIL has put her initials first on their invites, and I never thought anything of it so do it anyway you want.
