does anyone know what the current B2L rate is with mortgage express?
Yes i realise they are trying to get rid of there mortgages but i'm not cinvinced i have enough equity left in the house to be able to move it atm so i was wondering if anyone could give an indication as to the SVR rate they currently are charging?

I have two btl's with them on tracker rates which at the end of the initial period revert to 1.75% base until the end of the mortgage term. That's not to say you will definately be on the exact same deal though as I'm sure they'll have amended there offers on occassion.
The rate you revert to at the end of any initial term will be on both the KFI and your mortgage offer if you have those readily available0 -
