Over three months and no benefits

It is though; the rest of my money goes on bills sadly.
It's because they're claiming I was working during a period where I wasn't. I took a job (eg signed a contract) with a new place 6 months before it opened. I began working there when it opened. As it was only a P/T job I was actively seeking other work and had proof. 3 years on, the DWP are bored, look on the computer and just take 1/3 of my weekly benefit without bothering to ask me if I was working or not. Waiting for a tribunal date as I have been granted an appeal. Anyway: I receive about £36 a week JSA on weeks when I am not wokring in my casual P/T job (I'm on contribution based, and allowed to work up to 16 hours a week and declare it), and once I've paid my bills etc, I've around £4 for food, clothes, travel, phone, internet etc. Joy.0
