Need Translator for foreign decree nisi

Hi!

Just found out I need to have divorce certificate translated from German in order to get notice for marriage. Where can I have this done for a reasonable price. Any recs?

    It doesn't need to be a certified translation, although we translated my husband's ourselves and had a solicitor friend sign it with the phrase "to the best of my knowledge this is a complete and accurate translation of this document".

    When my husband's (German) divorce certificate was checked by the registrar they bypassed the translation completely and looked for a specific phrase in German on it. Which of course was on the last page of about seventeen!

    Borough is Southwark and I bet they won't be so lax :-(. I will try to have it translated as soon as poss just in case. Problem is it is like you said 17 pages but I may just have the last one translated.
