Hi,
We collected our forms today from the court and have been browsing through them, if you have lined up rented accomadation but wont be moving into it until after you have been made BR do you need to put down rent on SOA or do you put down just the mortgage..its all getting very confusing, if you read previous thread LL wanted to buy our house but now after we have found out what fees, early redemption ect it has worked out not to be viable.. TBH i am slightly relieved because i think it was going to make things very slow and tricky but the cottage is still ours and our tenancy starts 23rd may but not moving in until July.. so i not sure what we put on forms
sorry if im confusing everyone else as well as me lol..ty for all ur help and support

Should be as at date of BR, so if you're not renting at that time put mortgage details.
Then when moved into rented, let your OR know and they will probably send you a new income and expenditure form to complete.
Might also be worth mentioned when you have your OR interview, no point them setting up an IPA (assuming there is a surplus) in May for it to be changed in July.0 -
Thanx JCS1 im pretty sure we wont have any surplus income as such for a IPA, but my concern is that im not paying mortgage but i will be paying the rent from 23rd may.. reason not moving till july is so we can decorate as we want and son can finish academic year at his school before we move to village and he chages school.0
