fraudulent claim by ex partner......

Hi All, my partner has just received a letter from the csa in which they inform her they are taking nearly £350 from her wages this month because her ex husband has made a csa claim suggesting that the daughter in question lives with him, (this he denies doing) she in fact has moved out of both parental homes some time ago when csa was contacted they have stated that my partner must prove the claim is wrong and until that time the money will continue to be removed from her wages. this is a double blow as for 12 years she has raised her daughter (during which time she retrained as a midwife and gained a degree) without any financial support from her ex husband despite the csa involvement from the start. the csa have refused to consider this may be a mistake on their part. we are at our wits end.

Is this the first you have heard of this? If this is a LO then surely they would have written to her before this to discuss this,have you requested copies of amy letters they say they sent? Did they go to the wrong address?
