Can I ask if you have to pay the £3.75 for the directory even if you don`t order from it? not sure how it works if you don`t order. Thanks

If you have a quidco account, the signup fee will counteract the catalogue cost

you can also cancel the catalogue if you call them, I just explained that I do all my shopping online etc. But yes, you do pay even if you don't order.

Thanks, I just got confused.

The sent me a free delivery with the bill so have just ordered some items, it will save me going into the shop and if I have to pay it anyway!!! may as well make the most of the free delivery.

They send free delivery quite often.... but you can get it delivered to a store for free too, and can return it to a store too for free.

Next are pretty good if you know how to properly order and save yourself money... catalogue + delivery is nearly £8 in total!!

Thanks, £8 is a lot extra on-top of an order.

There is a local store we use to take any items back, but the girl who delivers our orders is also great has been doing it for many years so if stuck would come when I`m in to collect.

Surely, legally you shouldn't have to pay for something you didn't order? Just because Next send a bill, doesn't mean it's legal does it?
