Budget wedding reception venue in Leicester???

Hi,
I've just got engaged a few weeks ago. We've decided to get married in my hometown of Oadby, Leicester, in a church, and are looking for wedding reception venues that are not too far away from Oadby.
We want to keep the budget down as much as possible, and are hoping to find a nice, but reasonably priced venue. We're plannig on getting married early afternoon and having an evening buffet or sit down meal, followed by a disco, so our venue would have to be able to cope with this. And we're planning on having about 100 guests.
Can anyone suggest any venues in the area, that they might have been to or used as a reception? I don't mind suggestions for something a bit different or quirky. I'm completely open to ideas.

Bit of a long shot but the halls of residence for Leicester University in Oadby may hire out the parts of their venue. When I went to Uni there they did confrences in the holidays they also hired out the student rooms when they were not there.
Might be worth a phonecall to the university who may be able to put you in contact with the wardens that run each hall?
