Hi
I'm 46 years old soon and wondering if i could get a mortgage (about 60k). Any advice such as, is it likely/possible, what lenders and are there any websites i could view to research more info and such like, would be appreciated.

Your age shouldn't really affect your ability to get a mortgage Kir. Your credit status, the avialability of a deposit/ equity, income etc are more key.
try and track down a quality whole of market broker in your area, they should be more than happy to go through your options with you.Happily an ex mortgage broker!0
