Help - Trying to do a letter to bank and am confused

Have got the letter to claim back charges on my Capital One card

Know the charges but how to i work out the amount "which you have charged me in interest for the sums which you have taken"

Any help would be very gratefully recieved

Have done two letters

One to Capital One who have overcharged me £60

the other to Honours Students Loans who have also overcharged me £60

It may not be the biggest amounts to claim back but would put me to under £800 on one of the credit cards :T
